Rasmusens Egg Farm
Welcome to Rasmusens Egg Farm

One chicken egg has varying amounts of 13 essential vitamins and minerals plus 6 grams of high quality protein all for an average of 70 calories.

Eggs fit into the healthy dietary patterns recommended by Public Health Organisations and contain all of the 9 essential amino acids.

They are an excellent source of choline and selenium and a good source of high quality protein, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, phosphorus and riboflavin.

In addtion, eggs are rick in the essential amino acid leucine which plays a unique role in stimulating muscle protein synthesis.

The shell colour doesn't make any difference to the flavour or vitamin balance and is only different because of the types of chickens that are laying eggs.
